BMW has stated that they plan to ship only 40 of the Special Editions to the U.S., each being identical outside of a few small choice options.

This extremely limited, Special Edition M3 Competition Edition comes glazed with a Frozen Silver exterior paint, black M3 GTS 19-inch wheels, dark chrome exterior trim features and dark exhaust tips. The interior will complement the exterior with black novillo leather upholstery that comes with Palladium Silver accents, an Alcantara M steering wheel and M logos sporadically placed throughout.

Although this vehicle is very aesthetically appealing it by no means will be lacking under the hood. This  limited edition M3 will come equipped with a 414-horsepower V8 engine that goes from 0-60 in 4.5 seconds. The Competition Edition M3 is different from the standard M3 in that it is 10 mm lower than standard M3’s and also features wider-offset wheels. This all comes at a price though, as this  It’s also more expensive than the standard M3. The Competition Edition M3 will set car buyers back roughly $80,000, but with only 40 to be sent to the US it may be worth it.

There are several different phones that operate on the Android network whereas the iPhone software only operates on one phone.  This translates to a lot more testing and development to perfect everything on each device that carries the Android platform.

Sub brand of the i series revealed

Reports and rumors are swirling about impending new BMW models. The i4 and i5; a smaller coupe and a four-door family model are possibly on the way. Possibly based on the i3’s structure, the i4 will have two-doors and two-seats and a smooth, sleek roof. Its track will be wider and boast a sportier attitude. The i4 will likely have the i3’s electric motor in some capacity. Reportedly, BMW has intentions of producing an affordable i-branded coupe within the next few years. Don’t forget that between one and eight there are many options to be had when the i8 will likely cost up to $100,000. There aren’t as many details known about the i5. However, it is known that the i5 will be a more family-friendly four-door. It will be powered by the same plug-in-hybrid drivetrain as the uber-luxury i8. The turbo 1.5-liter and electric motor and the possible 400 pound-foot could truly create one phenomenal hybrid, family (or not family!) sedan. The i8 is slated for 2014, so these models should be concept cars in the making. While it is reported that these models won’t be released until after the i8 is released, we just never know. BMW may surprise us with earlier release dates on any of these luxury models.
